Local Events & Happenings
Whether you’re brand-new to photography or already comfortable behind the lens, this group is for anyone who wants to grow their skills and creativity while connecting with fellow photo lovers. We’re looking for curious minds and open eyes—people who enjoy sharing what they know and discovering new perspectives together.
Our meetups will focus on inspiration and connection: photo walks around town, themed shoots, friendly challenges, and casual hangouts where we can trade tips, swap stories, and encourage each other to keep clicking. It’s less about perfection and more about enjoying the process and learning side by side.
As we grow, we hope to branch out into bigger adventures—like organizing gallery nights, collaborating on local projects, and maybe even planning group trips to capture breathtaking scenes near and far.
** In the info box below, let us know what your level of experience in photography is (from newbie - pro!), your age, your preferred kind of camera (digital? film?), what kind of camera you have (from simple point-and-shoot pocket cameras, and up, as long as it works, we don't care!) and anything else that can help us find the best group for you!!
We can’t wait to bring like-minded people together. Most groups will need at least 5–6 members before we schedule the first meetup, but don’t worry—we’ll be in touch as soon as we have a date and details.
