The Meetup Place was created to provide a space where people in Fort Payne and the surrounding areas can come together, have fun, and meet new friends. Life can get busy, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to go to connect with others—our goal is to make that simple, welcoming, and enjoyable.

At The Meetup Place, we highlight and promote local events—from game nights at Fever Dream, to art classes at Alice Circle, to floral workshops at Orbix—so you always know where to find fun and friendly faces. And in addition to sharing events, we’ll be hosting our own gatherings soon, designed to get people talking, laughing, and connecting in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.
